Hi, I’m Andrew Buonfiglio—founder of Catalyst Pulse.

I’ve been building brands and creative systems for over 15 years. But everything changed in 2021 when I had a brain aneurysm that nearly took my life.

During my recovery, I made a decision:
If I’m going back to work, I’m doing it differently.

I became obsessed with reducing friction—mentally, physically, and creatively.
I went deep into systems thinking, brand strategy, and AI tools long before they became the buzzword of 2023.

What started as a personal survival toolkit became something more:
